1. When do I get my product?
Your product will ship out within 5-7 business days. Custom orders and oversized products may take 2-4 weeks for production and delivery. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service department for details on lead time.
2. What is the Order Process?
There are 5 steps in fulfilling an order.
Pending: The order has been received and is pending review by our clerk for processing.
Reviewed for Processing: The order has been reviewed by our processing clerk.
Processing/Production: The items are in production. Lead time will vary by product. On average, our orders will ship out between 5-7 business days. Please contact us for detailed lead time on a product.
Shipping: The order has been sent out for delivery. Transit time will usually be between 3-6 business days for ground shipments.
Delivered: The order has arrived at its destination.
3. Why does my order status say processing/production?
There are different stages within our order processing. When your order is placed, we will review for compatibility of items, confirm payment and contact our warehouse for shipping. Some products assembled/painted and are professionally inspected and tested by our quality assurance personnel to ensure the highest quality products are sent to you. Processing can take 1-2 days on non-custom products. Custom products may take 2-4 weeks for production. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
4. What is my shipping cost?
Currently, shipping is absolutely free on orders over $199.99 for the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada, Alaska Puerto Rico and Hawaii is calculated at checkout. All other locations must call for quote.
5. Do you have discounts for multiple purchases or company purchases?
Yes. We appreciate multiple purchases and therefore honor discounts on your purchases. If you are doing a corporate purchase and would like to receive a discount, please call us to receive a quote or fill out our Quote Request form and fax it to our office 619-330-2657.

7. Do you offer warranty on your products?
Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty varies depending on the product purchased. Our Monitor arms and Lafer Recliners have a 3 year warranty on parts and labor.
