There are 4 steps in fulfilling an order.

Pending: The order has been received and is pending review by our staff for product availability, product compatibility, accuracy, etc.
Reviewed for Processing: The order has been reviewed by our processing clerk and has been sent to appropriate fullfillment department or supplier.
Processing/Production: The item(s) are in assembly or production. Lead time will vary by product. On average, our orders will ship out between 5-7 business days. Quick Ship items will ship out within 2-3 business days. Custom items may take 2-4 weeks during this stage. Special orders may take longer. Please contact us for detailed lead time on a specific product.
Shipping: The order has been sent out for delivery. Transit time will usually be between 3-6 business days for ground shipments within the contiguous 48 states.

There are various stages within our order processing. When your order is placed, we will review for compatibility of items, confirm payment, availability of items, and contact our warehouse for shipping. Some products are assembled/painted and are professionally inspected and tested by our quality assurance personnel to ensure the highest quality products are sent to you. In addition, due to various custom options and configurations such as color finish, size, load bearing, etc. some items are made to order. Processing can take 3-5 days on non-custom products. Custom products may take 2-4 weeks for production. Special order items can take longer. Please consult with our customer service department for availability on a specific item.

Shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process for orders within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are provided by real time UPS or FedEx rates based on product packaging dimensions and weight. While these rates are accurate for single item purchases, we recommend requesting a shipping quote from us if you plan on purchasing several items as this may result in a lower shipping rate based on volume and not per item.

International shipments will require a shipping quote. For international shipments we offer USPS Priority International or Express service as a standard option due to its cost. However, we can ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL upon request.

Yes, you may use your own shipping account. Please provide the carrier information, account number, and preffered shipping method during checkout by entering the information in the "Order Comment" section or contacting us at 800-577-3304.

Yes, we offer a low price online guarantee. However, item(s) must be the same model, part number, and specifications as the one found on our site.
