Delivery Time

As soon as your order is placed, we will confirm your order by email. When your order is processed, we will email you informing you of the status, estimated shipping and delivery date for your order. Timeframe for shipping/delivery is based on product availability and selected shipping method. Normal production/shipping lead time is 3-5 business days on most of our monitor arms and keyboard trays. Desks and custom made products may take 2-3 weeks for production. Please call us for details on a specific product. If you have already purchased your product you may view current and up-to-date order status by login in to My Account.

Shipping

Ordering a product from InnovativeEssentials.com? Shipping charges are based on the UPS/FedEx current rates. You may use your own UPS or Fed Ex account if you so desire. To do so, simply provide your shipping company, shipping method and account number on the comment section during checkout.

International Shipping

InnovativeEssentials.com is continuously striving to fulfill international product demand, however, there are certain restrictions on some products and shipping charges may not be readily available online, so be sure to contact us or call us at 800-577-3304 so that we may provide a shipping quote. You may also submit a Quotation request form and we will respond in a timely manner.

Tracking

Normally, tracking is available within 3-5 days from the time the order was placed. For custom made products, production may take 2-3 weeks and tracking will be available at time of shipping. You may view current order status and tracking by accessing your account. You may also call us at any time for order status & tracking at 800-577-3304 or by filling out our contact us form.

Returns

Non-Custom Product Return Policy

Our primary goal at InnovativeEssentials.com is customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly assist you in obtaining the product or options that meet your needs. If you wish to return your products, please review the following information to ensure proper credit is issued.

All items must be returned in undamaged, re-sellable condition and in original packaging and shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise noted below. If an item is defective, InnovativeEssentials.com will replace, repair or issue full refund based on original purchase price. For returns received within 30 days, for reasons other than manufacturer defects, InnovativeEssentials.com will issue refund based on original purchase price and any shipping charges incurred by InnovativeEssentials.com will be deducted from refund. Original shipping charge or expedited shipping is not refunded.

Full Credit will be issued, on items returned within 30 days, for the following:

  • Defective Item(s) - malfunction, poor performance or manufacturer defect.
  • Incomplete Orders - missing components or parts.
  • Shipment Damage - items damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded.

A restocking fee will apply for the following:

  • Returns sent after 30 days - are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Item must be received at the warehouse on or before the 30th day to avoid a restocking fee.
  • International orders with a "ship to" address outside the U.S. will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Incomplete returns or damaged product(s) - Items returned damaged or with missing accessories will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the cost of replacement or repair for the device.
  • Reasons other than product defect - items returned for reasons other than defective or damaged components will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or any shipping and handling fees incurred by InnovativeEssentials.com will be deducted from credit, whichever is less.

Returning Your Item
The following steps should be followed to ensure proper credit:

    1. Obtain an RMA - InnovativeEssentials.com must issue a return merchandise authorization number to track your return. The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the box or the package will be rejected and returned.

    2. Re-Package Your Product(s) - Be sure to repackage the item, using the original packaging boxes, inserts, and padding to minimize damage and to ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition as you received it.

    3. Ship Your Product(s) - Please ship your return item back to the indicated "Ship To" address you are given when you receive your RMA number and provide tracking. We suggest insuring your package and shipping via a trackable method, such as UPS, to ensure proper delivery. InnovativeEssentials.com is not responsible for lost or damaged articles.

Custom Orders & Special Products Policy
Custom made products such as adjustable desks and other special configurations are non-returnable or exchangeable. In addition, Special Products such as Lafer Leather Recliners are non-returnable or exchangeable.

Cancellations

Non-Custom Products
If an order is cancelled before processing and/or production begins, InnovativeEssentials.com will cancel the order at no charge. If the order and/or payment is already in processing or production status, cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the purchase price. The following are the only exceptions to the 15% cancellation fee:

  • InnovativeEssentials.com fails to ship your order in the specified lead time.
  • InnovativeEssentials.com is unable to fulfill your order due to items or parts on back-order.

Custom Made Products & Special Products
Custom products cannot be cancelled once in production and are non-refundable.

Issuing Credits & Refunds
After packages have been inspected and approved, credit will be issued. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date the item is received at our warehouse for processing merchandise credit or refunds. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment. Refunds issued will be based on the original purchase price.
